“It was a privilege to witness. So worthwhile.”

A beautiful early morning start, from range to coast, off for the Australian Story in a 20 seater bus. Focusing on small groups. An indigenous tale of the Sunshine Coast. After an informative guided bush garden walk, we had damper & billy tea in enamel mugs, then a few thoughtfully chosen & animated bush poetry readings to highlight our colours, humour & history, reminding us of the fragility & responsibility of our role on this earth. A fabulous morning tea experience, shared with bush turkeys, kookaburras & pretty parrots. A happy bus ride to QCCC, a huge hidden recreation centre, incorporating indigenous area for everyone. Another short bush walk identifying native foods & a fabulous bush tucker lunch, followed by colourful stories of history & tradition, Didgeridoo playing & sharing of our multi dimensional heritage. It was a privilege to witness. So worthwhile. A full day, leisurely, informative, & entertaining.
