We take accessibility concerns seriously, and have acquired vehicles and made adjustments to our fleet with accessibility in mind. All of our vehicles include handrails and steps that can be extended or placed to aid in embarking and disembarking; our luxury touring coach also adjusts in height to allow easier door access. Some of our vehicles have space to store mobility aids, either behind the back seats or in secure storage underneath. We also maintain our vehicles meticulously to ensure they run as smoothly and quietly as possible, both for your comfort and to minimise the impact on passengers who are hard of hearing. No. Charter services are billed per-vehicle, based on factors such as the number of seats, distance traveled, and time of day/night. As such, the cost of your booking includes as much or little capacity of the vehicle as you wish to use. Talk to us for more information about your specific circumstances if you are concerned about low numbers.

If all our vehicles are available on your dates, our in-house capacity is over 110 passengers! Even better, if your charter requirements exceed this, we have an extensive network of relationships with other bus companies that will allow us to pool resources to meet your needs. Large bookings do require more notice to accommodate, however, so get in touch as soon as possible with your enquiry to give us the best chance of securing availability.

Yes, we can! Where appropriate, we can bring morning tea along with us to be served at a suitable picnic location (with a comfort stop), including hot water for fresh teas and coffees, plus a selection of baked goods or other travel-friendly refreshments to suit your group. For more substantial meals, talk to us about destinations en-route that we might recommend, where we can arrange a group dining booking or a convenient drop-off point that will allow your group to explore for their own choice of food options. Food packages arranged by us incur an additional cost, so talk to us about what would best suit your needs.
